• No forms: the “Contact” buttons open your own email app.
• No cookies, and nothing is stored in your browser.
• No analytics, no advertising, no third-⁠party scripts.
• Fonts are served with the website: no request goes to a third-⁠party service to display them.

Like any web service, the host, Railway Corporation, records on its servers in Amsterdam (Netherlands) technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). They are used for the security and proper running of the website, which is Orma’s legitimate interest, and are never used for analytics or profiling.

When an email is sent to Orma, the address and the content of the message are used to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a collaboration. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in answering requests, or on pre-⁠contractual steps taken at the sender’s request. These exchanges are kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted. They are never sold or shared.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@orma.finance. If, after contacting Orma, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (opens in a new tab), the French data protection authority.
