Quarterly and annual reports

  • Preparing the funds' periodic reports.
  • Capital accounts per investor: commitment, calls, distributions and share of NAV.
  • Consistency checks with the accounts, the NAV and portfolio data.

Institutional investors

Institutional investors expect detailed data, in their own formats and to their own deadlines. Orma prepares the answers and keeps them consistent with the rest of your reporting.

  • Investor due diligence, during fundraising and throughout the life of the fund.
  • Portfolio look-through for the investors who ask for it.
  • Questionnaires and ad hoc requests.

Disclosure obligations

Fund documentation and regulation set out what investors must be told. Orma keeps the calendar and checks that every obligation is met.

Reporting, with the right tools

Recurring reports are worth automating: with the Orma platform, data entered once is reused from one report to the next.
