Governance

Frequently asked questions
- What is an RCCI?
- In a French management company authorised by the AMF, the RCCI is the officer who ensures regulatory obligations are met and the internal control framework works. The role can be held in-house or partly delegated.
- What does KYC mean for a fund?
- KYC, know your customer, means identifying each investor and their beneficial owners, checking the documents provided and assessing money-laundering risk, before subscription and throughout the relationship.
- Does Orma replace the compliance officer?
- No. Orma works with the compliance officer, in-house or external: it prepares data, keeps procedures up to date and follows up the controls they need.
